Wells Fargo: Robert Sabia joins the firm after spending 14 years at Bank of New York Mellon

Robert Sabia has joined Wells Fargo as a senior foreign exchange spot trader, FX Week has learned.

Based in San Francisco, he reports to Alan Kabbani, head of FX spot trading for the Americas.

Sabia is moving to the company from Bank of New York Mellon, where he was a managing director and head of FX spot for North America for more than 14 years.

Wells Fargo confirmed the move.
