BNY Mellon taps Moumdjian for global FX sales role

BNY Mellon unifies its global sales team under the leadership of Harry Moumdjian in the newly created role of global head of FX sales

New starter: Harry Moumdjian joins the US custodian from Morgan Stanley

The Bank of New York Mellon has appointed Harry Moumdjian to the newly created role of global head of foreign exchange sales for the dealer’s markets division, unifying the currency sales teams across the globe under his leadership.

New York-based Moumdjian started his new role on July 23, reporting to Adam Vos, global head of FX.

Moumdjian joins from Morgan Stanley, where he was an executive director, and ran the dealer’s Delta FX and e-FX sales functions from September 2010.
