Parity in EUR/USD in sight, says BNP Paribas

Policy divergence between the US Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank (ECB), coupled with a reflationary trend in the US, will fuel the dollar across the board and eventually push the euro to below parity against the greenback, says Sam Lynton-Brown, a FX strategist at BNP Paribas, which topped FX Week's one-month forecast rankings.

He expects the dollar to trade higher, on the back of expectations of expansionary measures from the new US administration, but
