Kuwaiti banks are slowly moving their treasury operations back to Kuwait City as infrastructure and communications in the country are restored. Burgan Bank and Gulf Investment Corp. are both planning to move back to Kuwait City by the end of the summer. Meanwhile rumors abound that completely free trading in the Kuwaiti dinar will resume shortly.
