Tullett Prebon floats to the top in currency options
Marcus Bolton, managing director of volatility at Tullett Prebon in London, attributed the broker's improved performance in options brokering to its expansion in Europe and Asia, through its electronics platform, tp Trade Blade. Launched in the second quarter last year, the platform brokers vanilla and exotic foreign exchange options, including long-dated options out to 30 years. "tp Trade Blade has continued to gain traction, particularly in Asia and Europe, and has helped our performance,"
